حداقل آرماتور محاسبه شده تیر، کمتر از حد معین در مبحث نهم 9-14-5 (92)

در سازه ای 2 طبقه، ستون ها 30 * 30 بوده و تیرها هم 30 * 40 لحاظ شده است. مقدار آرماتور طولی تیر با در نظر گرفتن رابطه 9-14-5-2-1 و Asmin=pmin*b*d خیلی کمتر است. pmin=0.0035 Asmin=0.0035*30*(40-5)=3.675 عددی که در مقادیر مقاطع پایین تیرها بوسیله نرم افزار محاسبه شده از عدد حاصله بالا خیلی کمتر است. در این موقعیت چه نظر تخصصی دارید؟ چطور باید اقدام کرده و ادامه داد؟ ممنون از توجه تان. عکس مربوطه: https://s6.uupload.ir/files/2022-09-07_copy_f0t3.jpg

طراحی سازه فولادی با دیوار برشی

1_وقتی سازه قدیمی بتنی یه ساختمان الف را قصد داریم به یک ساختمان سازه فلزی وصل کنیم که به خاطر اختلاف سطح طبقات این دو (اختلاف سطح17سانتیمتر)و ویلچری بودن کارفرما نتوانیم از پله به عنوان راه حل استفاده کنیم راه حل بهتر چی میتونه باشه؟ 2_برای همان دوبلوک ساختمانی سوال یک اگر بخواهیم یک طبقه روی قسمت سازه فلزی اضافه کنیم آیا راه حلی برای دیواربرشی زدن هست یا اصلا نمیشه روی دیوار برشی برای این مورد اکتفاکرد؟

تیر ریزی در ساختمان بتنی

سلام تو یه ساختمان بتنی یک قسمت از سقف اشتباها تیرریزی نشده و پوتر ها اجرا شده . الان برای تیر ریزی اون قسمت چیکار میشه کرد؟
