مشکل دوره تناوب زیاد

باسلام و احترام بنده سازه 9 طبقه با دیواربرشی طراحی کردم برای کنترل زمان تناوب تحلیلی مشکلی وجود دارد 4مود(mode) اول مقدار پریود بسیار زیاد می باشد مثلا 6300000 هیچگونه وارنینگ و اروری نیز نمیدهد .مشکل گویا در طبقه بام هست چون طبقه بام را که حذف کردم پریود مناسب بدست آمد... جالب این است سقف دال است و وقتی سقف بام را تغییر به تیرچه میکنم مشکل پریود حل میشود! ممنون اگر پاسخگو باشید

علت افزایش میلگردهای ستون طبقه آخردرسیستم دوگانه وسقف دال

با عرض سلام درچند مورد که ساختمانهایی بتنی با سیستم دوگانه وسقف دال وافل طراحی کرده ام مشکلی دارم وآن افزایش میلگردهای ستونها درطبقه آخر است : 1- آیا علت این امراثرمتقابل قاب ودیوار است ؟ وآیا کاری میشه انجام داد یا مجبورم کل ستونهای طبقات پایین را هم همین مقدار میلگرد بذارم واینکه آیا مجازیم میلگرد ستون در یک طبقه را ازطبقات پایین بیشتر طراحی کنیم 2- نحوه مدل کردن ساختمانهایی که کلا به جای ستون ازدیواربرشی استفاده می شود واتصال تیر به دیوار چطور است؟
